Origin or range: Cosmopolitan

Type of Plant: Stem

Difficulty: Easy

Area of tank best suited for: Floating or Midground to Background

Plant light requirements: Low

Propagation: Cuttings

General plant notes: This plant is a great nutrient sponge and can be used to export nitrate in unplanted tanks.
Hornwort will grow in just about any conditions. Good health is possible in hard water soft water. Water temperture
and pH are acceptable within in a very wide range. Tolerates brackish water.
